Tracking and delivery time.
All our shipping options allow you to track your parcel.
International customers may choose between standard (7-14 days) or DHL express (1-3 days) shipping depending on how quickly you would like to receive your order. The exact delivery time will be indicated during checkout.
UK customers can choose between Royal Mail Tracked (delivery within 48 hours), Royal Mail Express (delivery within 24 hours) and Next Day Special delivery (Next day before 1 pm). All services provide tracking at 4 steps, as well as SMS notification.
Return/Exchange
If your purchase isn’t completely satisfactory, we’re happy to accept your return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Requirements for a return/exchange:
- Item purchased on sale can only be exchanged.
- Item must be in the same condition it was received in.
- Item must be unwashed, unworn and have no traces of perfume or deodorant.
- Item must be in the original packaging.
- Item must be shipped within 3 working days of refund/exchange approval.
Shipping costs:
- Customer is responsible for covering return shipment costs
